Information for parishes and schools

Parishes that need certificates from the records held by Archives should email their request to [email protected] from their parish or diocesan email. In your request, please include:

Name of recipient at time of baptism
Birthday of recipient
Date of Sacrament (if known)
Parents names of recipient
Church the sacrament occurred
Address for certificate to be mailed to
