Holy Indifference: St. Ignatius' First Principle and Foundation
At the heart of Ignatian spirituality is a simple yet profound question: What is the purpose of my life? In this workshop, we will explore St. Ignatius of Loyola's First Principle and Foundation, the cornerstone of the Spiritual Exercises, which reveals that we are created to know, love, and serve God and to find true freedom in living according to God’s will.
Through prayer, reflection, Scripture, and practical application, you will discover how this foundational teaching can bring greater clarity, peace, and purpose to everyday decisions. Whether you are new to Ignatian spirituality or seeking to deepen your spiritual journey, this morning of reflection offers an opportunity to grow in freedom, trust, and a deeper relationship with God.
