Post Chapter 11 Confirmation

The Archdiocese of New Orleans filed for Chapter 11 Reorganization in the United States Bankruptcy Court on May 1, 2020. On December 8, 2025, US Bankruptcy Judge Meredith Grabill confirmed a Plan of Reorganization bringing an end to the court proceedings. The plan became effective on December 26, 2025.
