Archive of Eligible Documents

As part of our commitment to transparency and to promote healing and reconciliation among survivors and to help prevent Child Sexual Abuse from occurring in the future, the Archdiocese of New Orleans has entered into an agreement with Louisiana State University to house an Archive of Eligible Documents pertaining to child sexual abuse. In accord with Non-Monetary Provision D.1, the archive will include the files of anyone who was included in the previously published lists of clergy identifying those with allegations of abuse and those individuals identified as perpetrators in three or more Child Sexual Abuse Proofs of Claim during the Chapter 11 proceedings. In accord with the court ordered agreements made in the bankruptcy, the records of anyone accused in three or more Proofs of Claim are to be included without any review or determination of credibility.

Below are the names of all those whose files will be available in this archive. When the archive goes live, a link will be posted here.
