OFFICIAL APPOINTMENTS
 
 
In order to provide pastoral care for the people of God in the Archdiocese of New Orleans, Archbishop Checchio has made the following appointments which will be announced in parishes the weekend of April 18/19:
 
Pastors: In accordance with Canon 522 and the USCCB norms, all appointments for pastors are for a six-year term, which may be renewed.
 
Reverend Colin Braud as Pastor of St. John the Baptist Parish, Folsom, effective June 16, 2026.
 
Reverend Clayton Charbonnet as Pastor of The Visitation of Our Lady Parish, Marrero, effective June 16, 2026.
Reverend Bartholomew Chukwuma as Pastor of St. Benedict Parish, Covington, effective June 16, 2026.
Reverend Joseph DiMaggio as Pastor of St. Christopher the Martyr Parish, Metairie, effective June 16, 2026.
 
Reverend David Frank as Pastor at St. Peter Parish, Reserve, effective June 16, 2026.
 
Reverend Raymond Igbogidi as Pastor at St. Angela Merici Parish, Metairie, effective June 16, 2026.
 
Reverend Luke Nguyen as Pastor at Assumption of Mary Parish, Avondale, effective June 16, 2026.
