All Catholic Schools in the Archdiocese of New Orleans Closed Tomorrow Due to Winter Weather

NEW ORLEANS, La. – Due to the anticipated impacts of the expected freezing temperatures in the area, all Catholic school campuses in the Archdiocese of New Orleans will be closed tomorrow. This decision was made in consultation with local Emergency Management Officials with the safety and well-being of our school communities as a priority.
 
All schools will be reaching out directly to their student families. Families are asked to look for communications from their school leaders with instructions for how the day will be managed (i.e. whether the day will be canceled or include virtual or synchronous learning). Parents with questions or concerns should be in direct communication with their school leaders.
 
All are encouraged to join in prayer for all those impacted by this winter weather, particularly the most vulnerable in the area.
